Roman Hemby is in the middle of a strong season for Maryland. He’s keeping things going in the Week 8 game against Northwestern.

Playing without star quarterback Taulia Tagovailoa, the Terrapins may look to lean on Hemby throughout the game. They looked his way after falling behind Northwestern 7-0 early.

Maryland responded, rolling back down the field against Northwestern. Billy Edwards Jr. made some nice throws on the drive, but it was Hemby who capped the drive.

Carrying the ball on 2nd-and-1, Hemby took multiple hits from the Wildcat defense. He kept his legs moving, rolling all the way for the game-tying score.

We’ll see if the Terps can come away with the win without Tagovailoa in the lineup.
