The firework display and 100,000+ chanting PSU fans make White Out games unique. The traditional “Fight On, State” fight song is replaced by “Kernkraft 400,” by Zombie Nation. Additionally, the east and west ends of Beaver Stadium showcase an advanced fireworks display pre-game.
The White Out game has been a tradition since the 2004 season. In White Out games, the Nittany Lions are 9-8 with 2-straight wins in the game.
Penn State, 5-1 for 2022, will be looking to make it 3-straight victories in White Out games versus Minnesota in Week 8.
