More potentially bad news out of Madison.

On Thursday, Jeff Potrykus of the Journal Sentinel tweeted that Wisconsin running back Bradrick is questionable for the Badgers’ Week 2 matchup against Florida Atlantic. The sophomore is dealing with a right leg injury.

On Wednesday, Wisconsin reported that Shaw was “ahead of schedule” and he had been practicing in full pads. But the Badgers want to be cautious and don’t want to put him back in the lineup if there’s a high potential for further injury.

Shaw carried the ball 18 times against Utah State, rushing for 84 yards and a touchdown in Wisconsin’s 59-10 win.

If the Badgers do have to go without Shaw, they have a pretty good option in true freshman Jonathon Taylor, who had 87 yards and a score on nine carries in his first collegiate outing.

Wisconsin-Florida Atlantic is scheduled for a noon kickoff E.T. and will air on BTN.
