Tom Allen is having a tough time lately. The Hoosiers are currently on a 5-game losing streak and have now lost wide receiver Cam Camper for the season.
Allen says Cam Camper has torn his ACL and will be out for the rest of the season and will have surgery in the near future.

This is a huge loss for an Indiana team that doesn’t need any more bad news. Camper was the team’s leading receiver with 46 receptions for 569 yards while adding 2 touchdowns. Moreover, he ranks 32nd in the country and fifth in the B1G with 81.3 receiving yards per game.
Camper suffered the injury during the first half against Rutgers. He left the game after catching 5 balls for 43 yards. Two of Camper’s best games on the season came against Illinois (11 catches,156 yards) and Cincinnati (10 catches, 126 yards).
With the Hoosiers struggling, this is the last thing Allen and company need to hear. Quarterback Connor Bazelak has struggled, making the situation even worse. Whoever the starter is against Penn State, they will not have Camper to throw the ball to.
