Jer’Zhan Newton is all by himself at the top of the list for Power 5 defenders when it comes to QB pressures.
So it’s not surprising to find that Newton is a member of one of the best defensive units in the country this year, Bret Bielema’s Illinois Illini. Netwon’s 41 quarterback pressures, an average of over 5 per game mind you, shouldn’t be too surprising to and Illini fan.
See how he shakes out with the rest of the competition.
