Due to Hurricane Irma, a lot of college football games that were supposed to happen in the state of Florida have been canceled. And one of the games that was up for cancellation was the Illinois-South Florida game that is scheduled for Friday night.

According to the Tampa Bay Times, Friday night’s nationally televised game between Illinois and the No. 22 USF will be played as scheduled at Raymond James Stadium.

The Times reported that USF has been working with local officials and authorities to assess the local impact of Hurricane Irma before agreeing to let the game proceed.

Kickoff is set at 7 p.m. ET and will be televised on ESPN.
