Chase Brown hit the famous Heisman pose after scoring his 2nd touchdown in the first half against Purdue Saturday afternoon.
He has 10 rushes for 53 yards and 2 touchdowns so far. Talk about efficient. His 2nd score of the day gave the Illini a 14-7 lead over the upset-minded Boilermakers.

Brown is up to 1,397 yards rushing with 7 touchdowns. He’s averaging an incredible 149 yards per game and leads the nation in rushing yards by a pretty considerable margin.
There’s a lot of football left, but Illinois is looking good on its quest to win the B1G West. A win over Purdue and another over Northwestern will all but guarantee a trip to Indianapolis.
