Urban Meyer had some good news to report during Tuesday’s B1G coaches teleconference, updating reporters on the status of wide receiver Johnnie Dixon.
Dixon, who made his first start as a Buckeye in Week 1 vs. Indiana, missed Saturday’s game against Army with a hamstring injury. The receiver was tried to go in warmups but wasn’t fully healthy.
Meyer said that hamstring injury shouldn’t be long-term though, and Dixon should be back on the field soon.
Meyer on Johnnie Dixon's health: Said he's got a hamstring. Tried to go in warmups vs Army but just couldn't."I don't think it's long-term."
