After a recent tragedy, Virginia is receiving love and support from B1G programs around the conference. Many schools have sent condolences, showing a college football community in mourning.

A number of programs are sporting UVA helmet decals in Week 12 as a show of support while Michigan flashed a message on the big board in the Big House recognizing the Cavaliers.

Last Sunday, a gunman opened fire on a bus, which was returning from a class field trip to Washington, D.C. The shooting left three dead and one injured. The victims were all members of the University of Virginia football team, including former Wisconsin receiver Devin Chandler. D’Sean Perry and Lavel Davis Jr. were the other victims, and all were juniors for the Cavaliers.

In the wake of the tragedy, Virginia canceled the last home game of the season against Coastal Carolina. As of now, Virginia will play the final game of this season against Virginia Tech next Saturday.
