Official location revealed for Michigan State-Rutgers hoops matchup

The location for a Michigan State vs. Rutgers hoops contest in February has been announced. After previous comments around the possibility of a neutral-site game, Rutgers has confirmed the agreement.
According to press release, the Scarlet Knights will face the Spartans in Madison Square Garden on Feb. 4. That matchup is set for a 12 pm ET tip-off with Rutgers serving as the home team for the game.
The event will be billed as the 2023 Big Ten Super Saturday. Rutgers last played in MSG during the 2020 Big Ten Super Saturday in a game against Michigan.

The Spartans are 10-2 all-time against the Scarlet Knights, but it is Rutgers that has won 2 of the last 3 meetings in the series.
