Devin Mockobee is expected to play on Saturday as Purdue takes on Indiana during Rivalry Week.
The RB exited Purdue’s game against Northwestern early in the Boilermakers’ opening drive last week after sustaining a concussion. Earlier this week, head coach Jeff Brohm confirmed that Mockobee had sustained a concussion and was currently undergoing concussion protocol. Brohm was not sure at that point if Mockobee would be able to play, but it appears as though the RB will take the field against the Hoosiers.

Mockobee has been an impact player for the Boilermakers this season, running for 732 yards and 7 TDs on the season so far. The two-star recruit didn’t see any action for Purdue in 2021 and is making up for it in his redshirt freshman year.
The Boilermakers and Hoosiers will kick off at 3:30 pm EST.
