Matt Rhule became Nebraska’s head coach last Saturday and is already putting in the work.

At roughly 5 a.m. CT on Tuesday morning, Rhule tweeted out a pic on his personal Twitter account, saying “Good Morning.” He included the traditional “GBR” tag with an image of the national championship banners from inside Memorial Stadium.

It’s absolutely no shock that Rhule is starting off his journey as Huskers’ coach waking up at the crack of dawn.

The former Carolina Panthers coach, along with his stellar resume of coaching at Baylor and Temple and now for Nebraska is showing his persistence and dedication to the team and the fan base, combined. Yes, even within a day or two of being actually on campus.

With a national championship in the focus of Rhule’s hope for the Cornhuskers will be something to watch out for as next season gets closer. But in the meantime, we will see how Rhule prepares the rest of his coaching staff. Plus, how players will develop in the 2023 season.

If it is indicative of the early morning in the tweeted picture, then we are ready to see what unfolds.
