Christian Braswell spent this past season with Rutgers after transferring in from Temple. Braswell posted about what his plans are after the season.

Braswell is planning on heading to the 2023 NFL Draft. Braswell played in all twelve games for the Scarlet Knights this season. Braswell gathered 37 total tackles, 1 tackle for loss, and 3 interceptions in 2022.

Here’s the message that Braswell left for Rutgers nation:

“Rutgers has helped me understand more than just the X’s and O’s of football, but how to CHOP through difficult circumstances and to never take my eyes off the goals that I’m working towards. After prayer, careful consideration, and discussions with my family, I have decided to declare for the 2023 NFL Draft!”

Rutgers finished the season at 4-8 under HC Greg Schiano. The Scarlet Knights will miss bowl season after receiving an at-large bid a season ago.

Braswell will be missed by Scarlet Knights fans as he prepares for his next chapter.
