Max Duggan for Heisman? Social media reacts to electric TD drive by TCU QB

Max Duggan may have just turned the Heisman Trophy race on its end.
Entering Championship Weekend, many expected USC QB Caleb Williams to be the frontrunner. The star for the Trojans had USC on the verge of a Playoff and had surged ahead of CJ Stroud following Ohio State’s loss to Michigan.
However, Williams and the Trojans lost to Utah Friday night. That opened the door for another player to make a statement, and Duggan responded.
Trailing Kansas State in the Big 12 Championship, Duggan rallied TCU for a game-tying TD drive and 2-point conversion. The drive included 87 yards of offense from Duggan, including an 8-yard TD run and a 2-point converting pass.
With that game-tying performance, Duggan might have cemented his spot as the leader for the Heisman with TCU and Kansas State locked in an OT battle:
