DaeSean Hamilton becomes Penn State's all-time reception leader with 180th career catch
In addition to a team celebration after a 45-14 win over Indiana, Penn State receiver DaeSean Hamilton enjoyed some individual recognition, as well.
Hamilton finished Saturday’s game with nine receptions for 122 yards and three touchdowns in the victory, one of the best outings of his career in Happy Valley. But that eighth catch was really special.
That catch was the 180th of his career, which set a new Penn State record.
Take a bow, @SkeeterMills__. The @PennStateFball WR just broke the PSU receptions record with No. 180.

The previous record was set at 179 by Deon Butler, who posted that total at the end of the 2008 season.
With seven games still remaining, Hamilton could not only break the record but has the potential to shatter it. Now that he’s the all-time leader, you’d have to think his next goal would be to hit the 200-mark for his career.
