The Indiana secondary took a hit on Sunday as a DB announced that he will enter the transfer portal.
Chris Keys, a redshirt freshman, announced his decision to leave Indiana and enter the transfer portal on Sunday. The DB made his announcement on Twitter, thanking the university and stating that he will be entering the portal with three years of eligibility remaining.

Indiana offered Keys on the spot after he put together an impressive performance at a recruitment camp in 2019, and the 3-star recruit joined the Hoosiers in 2020. Keys saw action in only three games as a freshman and chose to redshirt that season to protect his eligibility.
Keys appeared in two games in 2021 before suffering a season-ending knee injury but battled back in 2022 to appear in nine games with two starts while recording 3 tackles.
