Kaveion Keys is heading to the B1G. The news was reported by Daily Collegian’s Max Ralph.
Keys picked Penn State on Friday on an Instagram Live video at his high school. Keys picked the Nittany Lions over the likes of North Carolina, Auburn, East Carolina, and Florida.
Keys is listed as a 4-star LB from the 2023 class per the 247Sports Composite. 247Sports has Keys ranked as the No. 21 LB and No. 4 prospect from his home state of Virginia. The young linebacker comes in at 6-foot-3, 205 pounds.

With Keys’ commitment, Penn State now has two linebackers in its 2023 class. According to 247Sports, the Nittany Lions have the 43rd-ranked class overall and the 2nd-best class in the B1G with one 5-star commit, 14 4-star commits, and six 3-star commits.
Keys plays wideout for his high school as well and offers a lot of speed at the LB position. Something to watch will be how DC Manny Diaz uses a player as versatile as Keys is.
