Jonathan Taylor did not play in much of the game against the Minnesota Vikings before leaving due to injury. ESPN’s Adam Schefter updated Taylor’s status for the remainder of the game.

Taylor was officially ruled out of the game with an ankle injury. Taylor went to the locker room after suffering the injury and did not see the field again. With Taylor out, the Indianapolis Colts backfield will most likely be manned by Zack Moss and Deon Jackson.

Taylor has played in 10 games for Indianapolis this season. The 1,800+ yard rusher from a season ago has been dealing with injuries in 2022. Taylor has 861 yards rushing and 4 touchdowns from his games he’s played in.

The Colts are trying to get back into the AFC playoff conversation under interim HC Jeff Saturday. Saturday played C for the Colts from 1999-2012, playing alongside Peyton Manning and Marvin Harrison.
