Filip Rebraca is in some pretty good company after his incredible performance against Southeastern Missouri State Saturday night.
The senior center became just the fourth B1G player in the past 10 years to record at least 30 points, 9 rebounds and 6 assists in Saturday’s win. “MVP” doesn’t begin to describe his performance. The North Dakota transfer was 12-13 from the field and , alongside his impressive stats listed above, earned a block and a steal as well.
The Hawkeyes were not playing Purdue or anything, but it was still easily Rebraca’s most impressive game in an Iowa uniform.

• Tony Carr – 11/10/17 vs. Campbell

Rebraca playing at that level instantly elevates what Iowa is able to do on the court. The Hawkeyes are 8-3 on the year and do most of their best work in the paint through Rebraca, Patrick McCaffrey and, when healthy, Kris Murray. The star forward has missed the past few games with a lower body injury.
Iowa hosts Eastern Illinois in its final game before Christmas on Dec. 21.
