Mike Woodson talked about when Trayce Jackson-Davis could return after he missed the Kennesaw State game.
Throughout the season, Jackson-Davis has been dealing with several injuries and he recently missed back-to-back games against Elon and Kennesaw State this week. After Friday’s 69-55 win over Kennesaw State, Woodson addressed Jackson-Davis’ status:

Jackson-Davis last played against Kansas on Dec. 17. Indiana lost to Kansas, 84-62, and Jackson-Davis recorded 13 points, 6 rebounds, and 9 blocks in the loss. He has played in 10 games throughout the 1st month of Indiana’s season.
One positive takeaway from Jackson-Davis’ absence was that he will have an extended period of time to recover at the end of the month. Indiana’s next game is not until Jan. 5. That will be nearly 3 weeks since he last played against Kansas. That built-in break could give Jackson-Davis time to recover without missing any more contests for the Hoosiers.
He missed the final 2 games of non-conference play and will hope to be back in time for the B1G schedule. Jackson-Davis has averaged 16.4 points and 8.2 rebounds per game.
The conference schedule opens up against Iowa on Thursday, Jan. 5 at 9 p.m. ET.
