After a huge road win against in-state rival Michigan last week, Michigan State enters this week’s game against Minnesota as a slight favorite.

According to Chris Solari of the Detroit Free Press, Vegas has tabbed the Spartans as a four-point favorite as they travel to TCF Bank Stadium for a B1G showdown with the Gophers.

Michigan State knocked off the Wolverines 14-10 in Ann Arbor last weekend while Minnesota fell to Purdue 31-17 in West Lafayette.

Mark Dantonio seems to have his team headed in a positive direction after a disappointing 3-9 campaign a season ago. The Spartans currently sit at 4-1 on the year and are a perfect 2-0 in conference play.

The Gophers, on the other hand, are 3-2 and are still searching for their first B1G win of the P.J. Fleck era.

Saturday’s game between Michigan State and Minnesota is scheduled for 8 p.m. ET and will air on Big Ten Network.
