Former Penn State defensive coordinator and convicted child molester Jerry Sandusky has lost his appeal for a new trial in a decision released by a Pennsylvania judge.

Sandusky, who’s 73 years old, was convicted of 45 criminal counts in relations to sexual assaults of 10 boys in 2012. Since then, Sandusky has tried for a new trial and to have his charges overturned.

Sandusky was sentenced to 30-60 years in prison on Oct. 9, 2012.
