NFLPA produces first-ever All-Pro team following 2022 season

For the very first time, the NFL asked players throughout the league to select who stood out for their exceptional play this season. Players voted by position for who they thought should earn a spot on the first-ever Player’s All-Pro team.

The ballot excluded players voting for themselves and their teammates. Unfortunately, players who missed more than 5 weeks were ineligible to earn a spot on this year’s roster.

Nick Bosa, a former outstanding Edge rusher for Ohio State, was awarded a spot on the 1st defensive team’s roster. Bosa recorded 51 total tackles, 41 solo tackles, and 18.5 sacks during the 2022 season.

Bosa’s relentless pressure was a major impact for the Buckeyes which ended up earning him the No. 2 overall pick during the 2019 NFL Draft.

Justin Hardee is another former B1G player who made the list as a core special teams player. Hardee played as a cornerback for Illinois.

The B1G has a lot of future NFL talent and will likely have several additions to the Player’s All-Pro team moving forward.
