Two Wisconsin Badgers have been ruled out for the remainder of the 2017 season based on the latest injury update.
Monday morning, Jeff Potrykus of the Journal-Sentinel tweeted out Wisconsin’s injury chart, which had running back Taiwan Deal and safety Patrick Johnson listed as out for the season.

Johnson has appeared in four games this season while Deal has been sidelined with injury from the start.
For his career, Deal has rushed for 667 yards and six touchdowns on 149 carries. He’s appeared in 16 games, all of those coming in 2015 and 2016.
The only other significant move was that defensive lineman Chikwe Obasih, who has been sidelined most of the season with a leg injury, was moved to questionable for this week’s game against Illinois.
