WATCH: Penn State-Ohio State opens with fireworks as Saquon Barkley returns opening kickoff for TD

It took 15 seconds for Saquon Barkley to make a difference in the Penn State-Ohio State game.
For the second time this season, the Nittany Lions’ all-purpose back returned the opening kickoff for a touchdown, giving his team a 7-0 lead to start the game. Barkley took the kickoff 97 yards for the score.
That’s one way to start the biggest game of the season.

Barkley’s touchdown is his 14th of the season and second special teams score. He also returned the opening kickoff back for a touchdown against Indiana earlier this season.
Barkley entered this B1G East showdown averaging 211.1 all-purpose yards per game, the highest average in college football.
If the opening kickoff was any indication, that average will only grow after this weekend.
