Terrible events took place Monday night on the campus of Michigan State University. An armed gunman killed 3 students and left 5 others critically injured, leaving the East Lansing community in shock. Soon after, all campus events – including athletics – were canceled for the following 48 hours.
On Tuesday night, Nebraska and Rutgers basketball held a touching moment of silence to honor the victims of this senseless tragedy ahead of their game in Piscataway.
