Nebraska extended a scholarship offer to 2027 athlete Tory Pittman III on Sunday afternoon.
Pittman is a Nebraska native who is currently in the 8th grade at Buffett Middle School in Omaha. He’s expected to attends Central High School next year.
Pittman shared the offer came from Nebraska director of player personnel Omar Hales.
Here’s his announcement:

Obviously it’s still very early for the class of 2027. Pittman does not yet have a rating for any of the major scouting services.
Pittman has also not yet decided on a position for the future. He has played both wide receiver and defensive back so far in his young career.

Nebraska is in its first offseason under head coach Matt Rhule.
