Wisconsin head coach Paul Chryst joined pretty special company after the Badgers knocked off Iowa 38-14 on Saturday afternoon.
The victory propelled the Badgers to 10-0 on the season, meaning Chryst has hit the double-digit win mark each of his first three seasons in Madison. Only two other head coaches in B1G history have done that, Michigan’s Fielding Yost and Ohio State’s Urban Meyer.
Jeff Potrykus of the Journal-Sentinel tweeted out the information Saturday night.
#Badgers Paul Chryst joins Michigan's Fielding Yost, and OSU's Urban Meyer as only B1G coaches to win at least 10 games in each of first three seasons.

Yost is a name from way back in the early days of college football, as he coached the Wolverines from 1901-1926. Urban Meyer is slightly more recent, as he took over in Columbus in 2012.
Chryst’s first season in Madison was in 2015, leading the Badgers to a 10-3 record. Last year, they finished 11-3, winning the B1G West but falling short of a conference title.
Wisconsin also wrapped up its second-straight division title by beating the Hawkeyes and have already punched their ticket to Lucas Oil Stadium.
Chryst hasn’t been Madison long but he’s sure had an incredible impact.
