Tyler McKinley is one of the top prospects for the 2024 recruiting class. On Monday, he updated his recruitment with a top 7 list moving forward.

Out of the B1G, McKinley kept Ohio State and Michigan State in the mix. Alabama, Tennessee, Cincinnati, Virginia Tech and Xavier round out the rest of McKinley’s list.

McKinley is listed at 6-foot-9 and 220 pounds out of Link Academy in Branson, Missouri. According to the 247 Sports Composite, McKinley is a 4-star recruit and the 60th player in the country and the No. 10 center nationally for the cycle.

In terms of Michigan State, the Spartans have a pair of commitments already on board for the 2024 recruiting class. That duo is Kur Teng — a 4-star shooting guard — and 3-star center Jesse McCulloch.

Ohio State has a lone commitment to this point from 4-star combo guard Juni Mobley out of Nevada.
