Trio of B1G programs crack top 6 for elite Edge out of DC

A trio of B1G programs cracked the top 6 for Class of 2024 Edge Daniel Holmes, who hails from Washington D.C.
Holmes, who stands at 6-6, 245 pounds, is entering his senior year at Gonzaga high school. He’s rated as a 4-star by 247Sports’ composite rankings.
And he has some impressive teams on his final list. The B1G inclusions are Michigan, Maryland and Rutgers, though he is also considering Florida, Florida State and South Carolina.

Holmes is considered to be the No. 292 overall prospect in the country in the Class of 2024 rankings. He’s also the No. 32 overall DL and No. 2 player out of the D.C. area, per 247Sports’ composite.
