PFF is looking ahead to the fall with the publication unveiling its preseason list of All-B1G selections this week.

With a number of key pieces back from a B1G championship team, Michigan led the way with 7 players on PFF’s first-team list. Four other teams placed 3 players apiece on the first-team list.

Michigan QB JJ McCarthy led the first-team offense with many analysts expecting a big jump from McCarthy this fall. Blake Corum in his return from a season-ending knee injury also landed on the first team to go with a pair of offensive linemen from the Wolverines and 3 defensive players.

Of Ohio State’s 3 first-team selections, 2 came at the wide receiver position in Marvin Harrison Jr. and Emeka Egbuka. Harrison is widely regarded as the top WR in the country while both could potentially become first-round picks in the 2024 NFL Draft.

Though Wisconsin is entering 2023 with a new head coach in Luke Fickell, the Badgers placed 3 players on the first-team list. RB Braelon Allen headlined that group.
