Blake Corum spoke with “33rd team” recently to talk about where he is in his recovery. The Michigan RB is feeling very good about it.
Corum suffered a knee injury against Illinois towards to the end of the regular season in 2022. He was limited against Ohio State and was unable to play in the B1G Championship and College Football Playoff.
When asked if he’s feeling like he’s at 100 percent, Corum stated that he’s close.
“Am I close to 100 percent? Heck yeah, I feel like I’m at about 98. I need that last two percent. It’s gonna come in camp, but I’m feeling great. I said I had two percent left. Now what does that two percent consistent of? It’s really just getting out there and putting pads on, putting the helmet on, feeling some contact. I’d say that’s the last two percent, but other than I’m feeling stronger than ever.”

The Wolverines start camp on Aug. 2. If Corum can return to where he was from a season ago, watch out.
