Former Ohio State LB Raekwon McMillan won’t be playing in 2023, but he’s still a priority in New England. McMillan has signed an extension with the Patriots.

It’s a 1-year extension for McMillan, keeping him in New England for the 2024 season.

McMillan has battled with the injury bug throughout his career. He missed his rookie season with the Miami Dolphins in 2017 due to a torn ACL.

In August 2021, McMillan suffered a torn ACL again, this time in New England practice. McMillan returned in 2022, recording 35 tackles, including 1 sack, and a fumble recovery for a touchdown with the Patriots.

In his NFL career, McMillan has played in 61 regular-season games, making 33 starts. He has recorded 239 tackles.
