It’s understandable for fans to get upset with their favorite team when they lose. However, sometimes fans cross the line and it’s unacceptable.
According to Hondo Carpenter of SpartanNation.com, Michigan quarterback John O’Korn is getting death threats via Twitter due to his performance against the Ohio State Buckeyes.
Was just told that John O’Korn the UM QB is getting death threats via Twitter. You can be disappointed your team lost, but when you threaten players you are not a fan: YOU ARE JACK ASS CRIMINAL. (Want to say worse)

Yes, O’Korn didn’t perform great, he only completed 53.1 percent of his passes for 195 yards, a touchdown and an interception against Buckeyes. However, sending death threats to a collegiate athlete is just unacceptable. Like Carpenter said, you are not a true fan if you send threats to players on your favorite team.
