Ohio State fans concerned over stagnant offensive start vs. Indiana

A number of Ohio State fans on social media are a bit concerned after the first half against Indiana, and that’s certainly understandable. A program that has been known for elite quarterbacks and high-volume offenses under Ryan Day has been quiet through the first 30 minutes of the game.

Entering the break, Ohio State holds a 10-3 lead against the Hoosiers. The lone touchdown is courtesy an early run from Miyan Williams while the passing attack for the Buckeyes has struggled.

Starting QB Kyle McCord is 10-for-16 passing but posted just 94 yards. He did have a couple of drops from receivers, but McCord has not been sharp at times and threw one bad interception in the first half.

Ohio State’s star-studded receiving room has also been quiet with Marvin Harrison Jr. recording just 18 yards on 2 catches. Emeka Egbuka had 3 catches, but he had even less yardage with 16.

There is plenty of time to improve, but the current situation has left a number of fans uneasy, for good reason. Take a look:
