James Franklin met with reporters Tuesday to discuss Penn State’s upcoming top-10 battle against Ohio State.
The Nittany Lions are looking for their first win over Ohio State in 6 meetings and draw a Buckeyes squad that is flawed, but still owns one of the best offenses in college football.
According to Franklin, all that starts with star WR Marvin Harrison Jr., a surefire top 10 pick in the upcoming NFL draft and one of the better WR prospects in recent memory. Harrison is a nightmare matchup with his route-running and pillow-soft hands.
Here’s what Penn State’s HC had to say about preparing for an offense with a weapon such as Harrison:
More from Franklin on Marvin Harrison…
“He’s got the ability to contort his body in the air, catches the ball effortlessly. ”
“The other thing is he’s so smooth & fluid,” comparing those traits to Jahan Dotson but adding, “the difference is this guy is doing it at 6-3, 6-4.” https://t.co/V7c8RKJtds

Franklin was also praising tight end Cade Stover Tuesday, mentioning a few times that he loves his game and it makes Ohio State dangerous to have a TE of his caliber mixed with a talent like MHJ at wideout.
