Illinois will host Wisconsin on Saturday afternoon.

The Fighting Illini announced Friday that former defensive back Justin Harrison will serve as the team’s honorary captain for this game.

Here’s the announcement:

Harrison played at Illinois from 2004-2007, ranking 7th in all-time forced fumbles. He was a part of an Illinois team that played USC in the Rose Bowl in 2008, and even had an interception in that game.

Illinois is coming off a potential season-saving win against the Maryland Terrapins last week, as Caleb Griffin made a field goal from 43-yards out to get the win. Maryland tied the game at 24 with just 1:31 left in the fourth, but Illinois was able to drive the field and win the game.

Wisconsin had a tough loss to Iowa, falling to the Hawkeyes, 15-6. Quarterback Tanner Mordecai left the game after breaking his hand, and Braedyn Locke came in as the replacement.

He is in line to get the start, and will be looking to help the Badgers get some revenge from last year. Illinois won this matchup last year 34-10 in Madison, and another win would put them in a good spot to remain in bowl contention.

Kickoff is at 3:30 p.m. ET on Saturday afternoon.
