Lee Corso thinks that this season’s edition of Ohio State-Penn State will be another classic matchup.
Corso and the College GameDay crew are in Columbus for the ranked showdown of the two undefeated teams. Drew Allar and company will try to handle the hostile crowd in The Horseshoe.
Corso stated that Ohio State will win by a single point. He credited how good Penn State’s team is although he still believed the Buckeyes will pull away at the end. Corso mentioned Ryan Day’s 28-2 record at home to back up his pick.
“Ohio State, very close. This Penn State team can beat Ohio State in The Shoe. Put it down, they can. They won’t because at the very end Ohio State’s gonna win it,” said Corso. “One point. Ohio State’s good and Penn State’s very good. Ryan Day’s record in The Shoe is 28-2. The only two teams to beat him were Oregon and Michigan.”

Fans will have to wait and see if Day can add another win to his home record or if James Franklin can become just the third team to beat the Ohio State head coach in Columbus.
The stakes are high for both teams. This is what college football is all about.
