Jaxon Smith-Njigba has notched his first NFL touchdown.
The former Ohio State wide receiver picked up a 28-yard reception on a pass from Geno Smith to give the Seattle Seahawks an early 7-0 lead over the Arizona Cardinals. Smith-Njigba has had a solid start to his career, and the touchdown could be what he needed to continue his hot start.

The Seahawks currently hold a 7-0 lead over the Cardinals with just a few minutes left play in the first quarter. The Seahawks are looking to get back on track after losing to the Cincinnati Bengals last week.
Smith-Njigba spent 3 seasons at Ohio State from 2020 to 2022, racking up 1,698 yards and 10 touchdowns. He was taken 20th overall in the 2023 NFL Draft by the Seahawks. So far this season, he’s recorded 110 yards on 6 receptions, and now he’s notched a touchdown as well.
