Scott Frost is bringing one of his UCF quarterbacks to Nebraska.

On Tuesday, UCF quarterback Noah Vedral announced via Twitter that he would be leaving Orlando and would be joining his head coach in Lincoln. The former three-star prospect is a native of Wahoo, Nebraska.

“To my family at UCF: I will forever be grateful to have a part of this amazing school, team and season. I love you, my brothers,” Vedral wrote. “To my family in Nebraska: I’m coming home.”

Vedral played in eight games for UCF this season, throwing for 276 yards and a touchdown while completing 22-of-29 passes. He also rushed for 77 yards and two scores. The Knights finished the season with a perfect 13-0 record, winning the AAC Championship Game and the Peach Bowl.

The dual-threat quarterback was ranked as the 32nd-best player at his position in the 2017 recruiting class. He was tabbed as a top five player out of Nebraska, according to 247Sports.
