Michigan State upset alert? Social media blasts No. 4 Spartans amid early struggles

Michigan State basketball is struggling early against unranked James Madison.
The Spartans are playing no slouch for their season-opener. The Dukes are projected to be one of the top teams in the Sun Belt.
However, MSU should still be able to make quick work of Mark Byington’s squad and has yet to be able to take advantage. Poor shooting and missed free throws have plagued the Spartans thus far.
Except… that’s not been the case thus far. The Dukes lead Michigan State 37-33 heading into the halftime break, and plenty around the college basketball world are wondering what is going on in East Lansing.
Michigan State was able to close the gap heading into the break, we’ll see if they can dominate as they should in the final 20 minutes.
