The latest College Football Playoff rankings are out with the new top 25 released heading into Week 11!

On the initial rankings last week, the committee bucked the AP Poll and Coaches Poll while going with Ohio State at No. 1 overall in the country. Behind the Buckeyes, it was Georgia, Michigan and Florida State rounding out the top 4 with Washington and Oregon as the first two teams out of the CFP picture.

Coming out of Week 10, it was unclear if the committee would stick with that order as Ryan Day’s program struggled against Rutgers. Meanwhile, Georgia delivered a top-15 win over Mizzou and Michigan dominated in a win over Purdue.

In the end, the committee kept Ohio State anchored into the No. 1 spot in the country with the same top 4 from a week ago. Georgia, Michigan and Florida State round out the rest of the top 4.

As for the B1G, Michigan must try and get past Penn State in a major showdown this week. Ohio State will face Michigan State and then Minnesota before gearing up to face Michigan in The Game.
