The official list of NFL Scouting Combine invitees came out on Tuesday, and to the surprise of almost no one, Alabama led all teams with 14 players invited to the event.
Ohio State came in second place with 11 players invited, with Georgia, LSU, Florida State, Miami and Penn State all landing at least eight players in Indianapolis.
FOX Sports tweeted out a graphic with the top schools on Tuesday afternoon, as you can see below:

Apparently, that caught the attention of Ohio State RB Mike Weber, who took issue with the tweet, saying Ohio State could have had more players in the Combine if some juniors hadn’t decided to return to school:

That’s a fair point, but Alabama RB Damien Harris also decided to return to school, so the Crimson Tide could have had even more players in Indianapolis.
Since Weber and a few other Ohio State juniors are coming back, we’ll have to wait and see what sort of representation the Buckeyes have at next year’s Combine.
