Sherrone Moore draws major praise for emotional coaching performance in Week 11

Sherrone Moore stepped into a tough situation during Week 11 and guided Michigan to a major top-10 win on the road.

On Friday, Moore and the rest of the Wolverines learned that head coach Jim Harbaugh was being suspended for the remainder of the regular season. Michigan sought a temporary restraining order to get Harbaugh on the sideline for the game against Penn State, but that was not granted.

Instead, Moore stepped up as the acting head coach for the program. It was his second game of the season serving as acting head coach, though the stakes and timing of this game carried a different weight.

In the end, he guided the Wolverines to a 24-15 win over No. 10 Penn State to remain undefeated and maintain their hopes in the B1G East. Moore also delivered an NSFW but passionate speech after the game with a shoutout to Harbaugh.
