Tom Brady jokingly bets Super Bowl ring on The Game with CJ Stroud

Tom Brady has liked what he has seen from former Ohio State QB CJ Stroud this season.
Stroud has been the best rookie QB out of the 2023 NFL Draft by far. He’s playing like one of the better quarterbacks in the NFL despite only having 9 games under his belt. So far, Stroud has thrown for 2,619 yards with 15 touchdowns and 2 interceptions.
Those are almost unbelievable numbers for a rookie.
During the “Let’s go” podcast hosted by Brady, the former Michigan QB made a bet with the former Buckeye. He wagered one of his super bowl rings that Michigan will beat Ohio State for a 3rd straight season in The Game.
Here’s what Brady told Stroud:
“Alright so, we got a bet,” Brady said, via SI. “So, if Ohio State wins you get one of my Super Bowl rings. And if Michigan beats Ohio State, then you got to give me all your youth, your agility, your time in the 40 and all your future years in the NFL. How about that?”
Well, he does have 7 of them. Stroud accepted the “bet”, which was obviously made in jest.
If he keeps playing like this, Stroud may have a couple of rings himself by the time his NFL journey comes to a close. For now, it seems like Houston has found their guy.
