Michael Barrett had a clutch performance for Michigan in the win over Maryland. However, he was injured in the game despite returning to the field after the blow.
In the postgame press conference, Barrett confirmed he sustained an AC joint sprain while sporting his left shoulder wrapped with ice. Hopefully, the fact he was able to return is a positive picture for his Week 13 outlook against Ohio State.

During Week 12, Barrett delivered 4 total tackles, a sack and a TFL and started a key takeaway for the team. In the first quarter, Barrett poked out a fumble that was scooped up by Derrick Moore and returned for a touchdown.
Overall, Barrett is second on the team this season with 38 total tackles and forced his third fumble of the season against the Terps. Hopefully, he’s able to make it through the week without setback and deliver a big performance against Ohio State.
