Roman Wilson receives positive injury update for The Game

Roman Wilson is Michigan’s leading wide receiver this season and a dynamic threat with JJ McCarthy in the passing game. Unfortunately, he left the Maryland game early with an injury and did not return to the field.
The good news is that early signs are Wilson should be available for Saturday’s rivalry matchup against Ohio State. According to Sherrone Moore, a trio of Wilson, LaDarious Henderson and Myles Hinton is expected to be ready to go against the Buckeyes.
Sherrone Moore says all three of Roman Wilson, LaDarius Henderson and Myles Hinton “should be good to go” on Saturday.

Wilson has been a big-play threat throughout his time in Ann Arbor, but he has elevated his game during the 2023 season. He is the team leader with 37 catches for 612 receiving yards and 10 receiving touchdowns. Blake Corum (20 rushing touchdowns) is the only non-QB player for the Wolverines with more scores.
Michigan has continued to lean on its ground game led by Blake Corum and Donovan Edwards, but the offense has been more dynamic behind McCarthy this season. Wilson has continually been a favorite target for the QB, and it will take every weapon available on Saturday as the team faces Ohio State’s strong defense in Ann Arbor.
