College Football Playoff rankings, Nov. 21: Commitee shakes up No. 4 slot for Week 13

The latest College Football Playoff rankings are out as we hit Week 13 of the college football season! Rivalry Week is here as fans settle in for a week of Thanksgiving food and historic grudge matches, and the race to the Playoff is just about wrapped up.
Coming out of Week 12, Ohio State and Michigan both remained unbeaten heading into another epic edition of The Game. The Wolverines got their by getting past a spirited Maryland team while the Buckeyes steamrolled Minnesota in the home finale for Ohio State.
Elsewhere, No. 1 Georgia rolled with another dominant victory on the road against Tennessee. Florida State also remained undefeated but lost star QB Jordan Travis to a devastating leg injury that ended his season.
Washington also remained undefeated with a win over a top-15 opponent in Oregon State, and the biggest debate entering Week 13 could be between FSU and Washington for the No. 4 spot. As we prepare for the rivalry action and look ahead to Championship Weekend, here are the latest rankings produced by the CFP committee:
