To say that Michigan QB Shea Patterson is relieved by the NCAA’s ruling is an understatement.

Patterson met with reporters Saturday while the Wolverines were in Paris and opened up about the recent ruling.

The NCAA ruled Patterson eligible immediately for the 2018 season, which will certainly impact Michigan and impact the Big Ten race, and as you can tell by the video below, Patterson couldn’t help but get a little emotional.

Patterson threw for 2,259 yards, 17 touchdowns and nine interceptions in seven starts for Ole Miss last season.
