Michigan’s weekend recruiting success has carried over to the work week as the Wolverines just landed a commitment from New Jersey native David Ojabo.
The Blairstown native picked Michigan over scholarship offers from Ohio State, Notre Dame, Texas A&M, Cal and many many others. His pledge gives the Wolverines 18 total commitments for the 2019 recruiting cycle and bumps up the class to #1 in the SEC and #3 in the nation. 247Sports Composite Ratings lists Ojabo as New Jersey’s No. 10 overall prospect and a three-star recruit.
He announced his commitment Monday morning with the following tweet:
